Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all subscriptions and services purchased on Blitzli. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

As per EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase (cooling-off period). After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method (Stripe) within 14 business days of approval. The refund amount will be in the original currency of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect any abuse of our service, violation of our terms of service, or if you have consumed a significant portion of the service during the refund period.

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the cooling-off period, we may offer prorated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable administrative fees.
